OfficeJet 6978 ALL IN ONE

I just bought an ALL IN ONE Office Jet Printer. I have had it for a total of 4 days. I relocated it to my office space instead of my kitchen. I powered it back up and it wanted to complete a setup again. Now it is asking for the ORIGINAL Ink Cartridge! I did not keep it. No where in the instructions did it say to keep this cartiridge! I have since thrown it away! do they sell the initial Ink cartridge's in the local store where I bought it? I NEED IT WITHIN 2 HOURS! HELP!

I understand that you are unable to set up your HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer as you do not have the setup cartridges.

 

This issue could occur if the setup process did not complete successfully.

 

To get the setup cartridges, you need to contact HP phone support at the link: www.hp.com/contacthp
