HP Recommended

Hi, my HP printer is not printing despite it making sounds when I try to print something. The noise it makes sounds like it completed printing (like a notification of it finishing) but paper is printing. I know the printer is receiving information from my computer because of the noise and I know the printer works because I printed out a test page using my computer. Is there a way to make it work?

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'd like to know the following-

  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
  • What is the Operating System installed on your computer?
  • Which application are you trying to print from?
  • How is the printer connected to the computer?
