Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

With my previous computer (Canon), when I sent a photo from the phone to the printer, it always printed a 4x6 photo. When I now send a photo to my new ENVY 7588 from my iPhone, the printer defaults to two possibilities: 5x7 Photo (glossy) and German Legal Fanfold (whatever that is) plain paper. How can I get 4x6 glossy? I'm ready to return the printer (even though in other respects I like it very much) because printing 4x6 photos from my iPhone is a very important part of my printing.

From which application are you trying to print?

Which version of iOS are you using?

 

Update the printer firmware

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

AirPrint does not have an option to select the type/size of the paper being used as it automatically picks the information from the printer.

Refer to this document to know how to load photo papers in the printer
