HP PRO P1566
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

The printer HP Pro P1566 is installed and shared on PC with operating system MS Windows 8.1-32 bit. It was impossible to print from another PC at the same LAN but with operating system MS Windows 8.1-64 bit. The other PC with operating system MS Windows 8.1-32 bit have no problems printing on the same shared printer. Please help to find the solution.

Need assistance in fixing the printer connection/sharing error on the PC. Did I get it right?

 

Need to know if you have installed the required printer on both the PCs even though the printer is shared?

 

Please try installing the drivers using the installation media you have if not use the link below to download the latest driver and check if that solves the issue.

Thank you Resolv_S for your advice. The problem was solved when the drivers for 32 and 64 OS have installed on the all PC correspondingly.
