HP Officejet 6812
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to print a 2 page brochure created in Microsoft Word 2013 using my Officejet 6812. It will print the first page fine. When I try to print the second page, the 6812 display says "printng" for a few seconds, then nothing happens and 6812 display goes back to home screen. If I eliminate part of the content of the second page of the brochure, it prints fine. Must be a problem that the full second page has too much content for the 6812 to print. How do I get it to increase the memory it needs to print the full page?  All other documents in other programs are printing fine with multiple pages sent to the printer at one time.  This indentical document prints fine on other HP printers that we have tried, so I can have someone else print it, but it is a pain to bother someone else to print my brochure when I have a printer next to me that should be able to do it.

Hi @CRFB

Welcome to the HP Forums!

I appreciate you taking the time to share your concern and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are having issues printing large documents from MS Word and want to know whether you can increase the memory of your printer.

I’d love to help!

I would like to inform you that the printer doesn’t have any memory so we will not be able to increase it.

However, I recommend you to uninstall the printer completely and reinstall it and check if it helps.

Follow the instruction in the below article to uninstall the printer.
