Hi,

actually I have some problems with the wireless connection between my Computer and my Printer. I can only print or scan if i use a "Printer-Cable" to connect both of the devices. I tried to reinstall the actual drivers multiple times, but it havent worked so far. Even the HP "Print and Scan Doctor" cant help to solve my problems. I also tried to reset the spooler via Windows, but this also didnt change anything.  Do you have any ideas or tips how i can solve my problem?

Thank you in advance!

Welcome to HP support community.

Are you getting any error message while printing?

Meanwhile:

Assign manual IP address and that should fix the issue.

Check the network configuration or print the wireless test report

1. From the printer control panel, touch ( Wireless ), and then touch ( Settings ).

2. Touch Print Reports. and then touch Network & configuration Page or Wireless Test Report.

Setting a Static IP Address

Once you know your printer’s IP address, entering it is pretty easy. Here’s what you do:

HP Printer Static IP Address

  1. Run your Web browser.
  2. In the Web browser’s address bar, type the IP address of your printer and press Enter. Assuming you entered the right address, the HP printer control panel should appear.
  3. Click the Networking tab.
  4. Under Connections, click Wireless.
  5. Under IP Address Configuration, click Manual IP.
  6. Enter the IP address, subnet mask, and default gateway in the appropriate boxes.
  7. Click Apply.

Click here to download and install printer driver.
