Product: Office Creativity Suite
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I purchased a HP ENVY 5052..  and it came with  the "OFFICE CREATIVITY SUITE".  When I go to the website that I'm directed to in order download the product for the software Office Creativity Suite  and input the product code; however the software does not download.
