No I'm sorry I'm not paying £35 for this. HP should provide a 'Chat' service with a human like most other respectable companies do and this should be 'free of charge'. I, like a lot of other users on here are experiencing the same issues with this same model of printer since Microsoft decided to roll out Version 1903 of Windows 10 and to be fair HP should be pulling out all stops to resolve this problem for once and for all and not at the detriment of the users

EXACTLY, too bad , many are waiting for HP to fix this driver problem.....
