Tried to load the windows 8 complete pkg....didn't work.  Tried it on 2 windows 10 computers - one had win10 already installed and the other was upgraded from win7.  I REALLY need to be able to scan.  Any suggestions out there?

I came across your post about the troubles you're having with installing Windows 8 drivers on Windows 10, and I wanted to stop in to help out.

 

There are Windows 10 drivers available for your Officejet 8500, and you would need to install the correct full feature drivers and software file for it to work. See the image below and the link to get there. Try the installation and if you run into any issues or errors while installing, let me know please and I will surely do my best to help you!:D

Hi there I try to send you the full pkg from HP officejet 8500 Pro, twicwe but my mail wwaas rejected, give anothe mailand I will send again.
