Hi @FV-LV,

Thanks for stopping by HP Support Forums.

I came across your post and would like to help.

Need assistance in fixing the print quality issue on the printer. Is that, correct?

I have found a suitable article form HP website which ideally helps you fix the issue on your printer.

https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-officejet-pro-8710-all-in-one-printer-series/7902014/model/7...

Please try the steps below and check if that solves the issue.

Aligning the printhead can resolve errors with Test Pattern 1.

  1. On the printer control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setup icon .

  2. Swipe up on the display, and then touch Printer Maintenance.

  3. Touch Align Printhead, and then touch Continue.

    An alignment page prints.

Hope the solution answers your query. Feel free to reply back for more.
