Unfortunately, I only could check this situation now ... despite this, I had already tried your suggestion, but without any success. In fact, as you can see from the title mentioned in the link that you gave me: "Issue -The product is working, but the colors in the printed output are bleeding into each other, or seem muddy or incorrect." (the product "isn´t working"!...)
 
Remember that the problem has to do with the fact that the printer only works correctly with color and not with black ink cartridges (I´m talking still in the offline mode - not conected to PC).

Thanks for the reply. Have you tried all the steps suggested in the article suggested to you earlier? 

If the issue persists, try a new genuine HP ink and check. 

If the issue persists, request you to contact our phone support for any trade-in or service options available for your printer.
