hp officejet4630series
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I tried to update my software because all of a sudden my computer and printer stopped communicating. Now I can't get my wifi to connect to printer. It says secured, but not connected. Nothing will print.

I really need someone to be willing to call me and walk me through this because I'm just not savy enough for this kind of thing. Email me privately and I'll give you a phone #.

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that your HP Officejet 4630 printer is not communicating with the router and asking for the password. I would like to help you resolve this issue.

Find the password on the router.

  • Many routers from an ISP have a label on the rear or bottom that shows the wireless an initial wireless network password.
  • The wireless network password might also be labeled as wireless key, WPA key, security password, wireless password, WPA password, WPA2 password, or WEP password.

Click here and refer the document to find the WPA password.

Let me know how it goes.

If the issue is resolved and you appreciate my help,

Please click the "Accept as Solution" button and the "Thumbs Up".

Let me know how you make out.

Cheers.
