Microsoft Windows Server 2008 (64-bit)

This printer is wired to an existing network. There is only one subnet and its IP address is static. I installed the printer on a Windows Server 2008 r2 server as a shared printer. When I go to a Windows 8.1 workstation and add a printer it shows up and installs correctly but nothing happens when I print a test page. When I add it to another server 2008 r2 I can print a test page. I uninstalled the shared printer from the server and reinstalled it on a Windows 7 Pro workstation. I was able to add it to both Windows 7 and 8.1 and print a test page but adding it to either server the printer will wake up but will not print a test page. In either scenario I can manually install the printer by selecting "My printer is not listed" and using the IP address of the printer. While this is a workable solution I have to go to each computer and manually set up the printing preferences.

I know the DNS and DHCP on the network is set up correctly and I tried disabeling the Windows Firewall and A/V to no avail. There is no packet filtering occurring at the switch and everything else on the network is functioning normally.

I'd appreciate any help in solving this issue...Thanks :generic:
