The power and wireless indicators of my HP office jet 250 All-in-one mobile printer won't go off after the printer is shut down.

At shut down, the indicators continue blinking until the battery is fully discharged. I need help to resolve the problem.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

Firstly, To power Off the printer, it is recommended you unplug the printer from the wall outlet. The printer will completely shut down when unplugged from the power outlet when it's connected to a power outlet, it only goes into sleep mode. To know more about sleep mode, you could refer to this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-officejet-250-mobile-all-in-one-printer-series/5156319/docu...

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Many thanks for your response. The two indicators don’t go off until I removed the battery.
