I recieve a error message thaat the paper is out but the copier works.  hp doctor troubleshoots the spool is jammed but the copier works.  I simply can't get the print function to work on a newly installed printer although it worked a few minutes earlier

Where do you see the error message?

The problem is resolved. It may have been multiple problems.  I repeated the set up twice the applied the hp doctor.  On the third try the hp doctor noticed something wrong with the drive and other internal computer problems then did its magic, and the printer works excellently.  Thankyou for the interest.
