Hi,
My printer has randomly started not printing from any devices. It is around 9 months old and I don't know why it is dying on me already! Please can someone tell me how to factory reset it? I have struggled to find any answers on the internet!
Thanks in advance

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the printing issue.
To better assist you -
1) Does the copy works?
2) Are you getting any error message?
3) How's the printer connected - wired or wireless?
4) Is it a specific application that you are trying to print from or a specific document?
While you respond to that, I'd suggest you try printing a Printer Status Report as this will help us isolate the issue. To print the Printer Status Report, try these steps -
1) Load plain white paper in the input tray.
2) From the home screen on the printer control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setup icon .
3) Swipe up on the display, and then touch Reports.
4) Swipe up on the display, and then touch Printer Status Report.
Also, try updating the printer's firmware. Refer to this document for step by step instructions - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
