The webpage says

123.hp.com's server DNS address could not be found.

That link works just fine.  Problem on your end with your computer or network.

I reckoned that was the case..... The question is more about WHY? And what do I do next? All other websites are fine - its just 123.hp.com and hp.com 

 

I am currently trying to download the software from 

https://support.hp.com/gb-en/drivers as this website is fine.
