Unable to Uninstall

Product Name: Officejet Pro 8620
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have had high CPU of the support solutions framework and have been trying to uninstall it.  I cannot uninstall it or any other HP products.  I get an "Error opening installation log file."  How do i uninstall or reinstall the correct software?

Thanks,

Re: Unable to Uninstall

I have used CCleaner to uninstall all HP products.  I will try a clean install of the OfficeJet 8620 software
