Hello, 

 

My printer is still under warranty.  The serial number is *** and I have 6 more months on my warranty.

 

I get frequent messages that my ink cartridges are MISSING, but I have an HP color and a black cartridge in my printer.

 

I don't understand this.

 

Can someone PLEASE help me?
