Using HP Photosmart Essential 2.5 software with Windows 10

I am trying to install HP PHotosmart Essential 2.5 software on my new system (Windows 10) .  It says it is not compatible.  Is there an upgrade to this program for Windows 10?  I have a Photosmart C5180 all-in-one printer which works fine with Win 10 (after downloading the new drivers).  I really liked this program.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I understand that you are unable to use the HP Photosmart Essential software as it is not compatible with Windows 10.

You may use the HP Photo Creations software as HP Photosmart Essential software is phased out.

Yes, HP Photo Creations replaced Photosmart Essential many years ago. It runs on Windows 7, 8, and 10, as well as macOS 10.9 and up.

Note that HP Photo Creations is not a direct replacement for the older program; HP Photo Creations is designed for creative printing. Let us know what you wanted to do with Essential and we'll try to suggest a path in HP Photo Creations.
