Product: Envy 7640
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

 

Printer looks for photo paper, e.g. 5x7, none present. I just want a standard color print on plain paper.

 

Print format has also changed, i.e., rotated 90.

I understand that you are unable to print standard color print on plain paper as the printer is looking for 5x7 photo paper.

 

This issue could occur if the print settings are not correct.
