Universal driver for Windows XP

No,

The printer uses PCL3 while HP UPD is intended for PCL5 or 6.

There are no drivers to allow the Officejet Pro 9015 to work on Windows XP, it is only compatible with Windows 7 or later operating systems.

This is not an OFFICIAL HP fix, but it works to allow Windows XP to print to the OfficeJet Pro 9015 printer. Download the PCL3 driver for "HP Business Inkjet 2230/2280 Full Software and Driver 1.0 Windows 2000/XP". I couldn't find it in the HP driver archives, but you can find it here:

Standard install works great! Shame on HP for either 1) creating a new printer using an old PCL3 print engine, or 2) not providing a new PCL3 driver for older Operating Systems. We realize that XP is way past EOL, but some legacy programs that still work great will only run on XP. Keep them off the Internet and you should be fine.
