I am trying to reset up my wireless driver for the new network. I can't do that right now because I can't find the drivers for it. When I go I get 3 options, Scan and print, Firmware, and the E-print software. I thought maybe that might have been the driver but it isn't. So where do I get the drivers so I can set this up wirelessly now?

@KamenRiderRescu,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to find the drivers for your printer.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I see that the full feature software for Windows 10 is not available for your printer and you need to install the Windows built-in drivers for the printer.

Follow the steps in the below article to install Windows built-in drivers.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

I know how to install windows built in drivers but they don't allow you to change the wireless settings of the printer. Are you telling me that HP is no longer supporting this device in house? It's less than 5 years old! I'm not asking for service, just the drivers to make it run!

Ok, that worked. I still question why the drivers weren't available on the driver page. Makes me question the viability of purchasing HP products in the future. Not everyone can upgrade every 3-4 years.

@KamenRiderRescu,

The drivers are updated on the support page now. You can download the same in the future if required.
