Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After windows updated it wants me to reinstall drivers for my printer but they will not install without the fax setup and I can't use a fax where I am--no phone connection.  Now I can't use my printer.  Help me please.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

You can skip the Fax setup during the install.

 

This resource shows how to skip the Fax Setup:

 

Installing the Software for HP Officejet Pro 8730

(Same family series)

 

Skipping the Fax setup during Software install can be seen at time 4:00.
