HP OfficeJet 6962
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After a recent update, I could no longer print a new Word document to my HP Officejet 6962 printer.  I tried a few things already, including uninstalling and reinstalling, but nothing has helped.  In fact, things are worse!  I used to get the message that it could not connect to the printer, but now it says the problem is the printer set up.  There is nothing wrong with the printer set up!  Everything else prints fine, including MS Publisher!  All my printer updates are...well, up-to-date.  Could someone please help a girl out?

Hi,

Please check for Windows Update once again, an update from yesterday evening should resolve this problem.

Click the Start button and then the gear icon, then click on Update & security.

Click on Check for Updates now and install any listed updates.

Repeat the same after restarting, to ensure there are no further updates available.

Please let me know if that helps,

Shlomi
