I've got brand new laptop. I did not have any problems installing wireless printer, but it does not want to install usb printer. Error - 'This computer does not have necessary USB software support to allow completion of a USB installation.' and 'This computer does not have the necessary USB hardware support enabled to allow the completion of USB installation'.
It did install a driver and I can print, but I would like to have full version. Printer I am trying to install is C4200 series.
Thank you.

Hi,
Try the following steps and check if that may help:
1) Run the latest HP installation package from the HP site.
If required, it can be downloaded below:
2) Open Windows explorer, type %temp% into the address bar and press enter.
3) Navigate to the extracted installation folder, it will start with 7z (e.g. 7z1234s)
Note: if there are seberal 7z folders select the newest one
4) Go to the "Setup" subdirectory
5) Move, delete or rename the Intel USB System Check utility (usbready.exe)
6) Double click the Setup.exe executable in the main extraction folder (7zxxxxxx) and folow the installation again
Click the Yes button to reply that the response was helpful or to say thanks.
