Product: hp 4652
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Had free download for Office Printing Essentials 3 in my new 4652 printer but as far as I get on the website is select 1 of 2 to download and there isn't any selections to choose from.

As I understand you are unable to download the office printing essentials,

No worries, as I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution: 

Did you get any additional disc along with the printer?

Have you checked the contents on the disc which was included with the printer?

Would it be possible to share a screenshot of the message to understand your description?

What do these essentials contain, do you know?
