Our office recently purchased a new HP OfficeJetPro 9010 printer and I am trying to upgrade the Print Driver to a PCL 5 or PCL 6 and I am not having any luck.  HELP ME PLEASE

If you recently bought the Printer, the software is up to date. There are all your options for software's: https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-officejet-pro-9010-all-in-one-printer-series/239...

In order for me to print reports from our software that we use I was told that I need either the PCL 5 or 6 driver

Hi,

This is a PCL 3 printer, it does not offer any PCL 5 or 6 capabilities and therefore doesn't meet your software requirements.

 

You may find its Printing Specifications below:

For such you will need a printer that supports PCL 5 or PCL 6. usually, Laser printers offer such capabilities rather than Officejet printers.
