I have just switched from Virgin Media to Sky Broadband for my internet provider, and I can't get my HP Deskjet 2630 to make a wireless connection. I have tried using the HP Smart App both on my laptop, which is a Macbook Air (OS 10.13.6) and on my phone, which is an iPhone SE, and with neither of them am I able to make the connection. I've tried connecting with a USB, but that was also not successful. I've also tried using the HP Easy Start app after doing what I think was a factory reset, also without results. What am I doing wrong? Please help! Or provide a phone number where I can speak to a human being to walk me through the steps. Thank you.

Can you Restore the Wireless settings on the printer and then use HP Smart to discover and connect again?
