Welcome to HP Support Forum. WPS PIN should be at the back of your router (if supported) not from your printer. Please watch the following video which is for a different printer but very similar, if not the same

Other option:

 

Download the following software and driver

 

        https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/OJ8720/OJ8720_Full_WebPack_40.12.1161.exe

 

Run downloaded file as Administrator, select wireless and follow on screen instructions.
