Product: HP Designjet 500 plus
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

 

since the last Winows 10 Update om 11.06.2018 the designjet 500plus, doesn´t print anymore.

The system recognize the designjet, but with a test to print something, I always get the note:

(mistake 0*000000cb) the system didn´t find the environmental options.

I checked already with th HP doctor, the newest driver is already installed...So what can I do?

Has anybody an idea ?
