Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

My mac computer does not recognize the download file for HP officejet 4620. Any suggestions?

Hi, This printer doesn't have drivers for MAC 10.13 on the website, but you can go thru this document and check if it helps. https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/HP-Officejet-4620-e-All-in-One-Printer-series/5101229/model/510...
