printer stopped printing after canceling e print hp rep said the smart ink cart needed to be replaced with regular hp cart .replaced with new hp 61 ink error mesage replace defetive cart call hp e print to ask if they did something to prevent ne from printing wanted to charge me first.belong to instant since i purchased the prineri swear i never received a cart but the rep said i must have due the fact i have a smart ink cart. ok maybe hes right so i replaced the ink cart with new hp ink and still can"t print i think hp is ripping me off retuning the hp ink today and going to purchase a new non hp printer. wii never buy hp anything again! pissed off

They will contact you shortly and likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (such as serial numbers and case details).
