My Photosmart 2575 printer can print self test and from Windows, but most times when I use eprint from android, either phone or tablet, it loads the paper and then reports carriage jam. It almost seems like eprint is sending a a command to the printer that it is not exoecting. How can I fix this?

Hi,
The HP Photosmart 2570 Series is not supported by the HP ePrint app, therefore you may experience issues.
You may find the following chart with web solutions offered for any HP printer model, HP ePrint is not supported for your printer:

I suggest trying the HP Print Service Plugin which seems to support your printer and check for any difference using that solution:

Thanks, that seems to have solved it. I was not clear on the difference between the eprint app and the plugin and used them interchangeably, hence it seemed so elites to work. I have now removed the eprint app so I am forced to use the plugin, and all seems to be fine.
Sorry I am new to the forum, how do I mark your post as an accepted solution?
