My printer will not print and shows error code 0x61011bed, can anyone tell me what if wrong with my printer and how i can fix it?

I see that the printer is in an error state and I'd further suggest you follow the steps from the document  '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays to isolate and resolve the issue.

turn off the power after removing ink cartridges. Wait minimum of 60 seconds. Then reconnect. The printer cartridge holder slides back and forth ending tucked away on the right hand side....

Now what do I do?

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
