We will try to Enable the Fax through the Support Menu. Please follow these steps

  1. Press Power button to turn the Printer On.
  2. From the Printer Homescreen, Press BL, BL, BL, BL Buttons, in sequence. BL
  3. Note: BL stands for the Bottom left key which is the Back Arrow. The buttons will not be highlighted, you will have to press the buttons in sequence outside the home screen on the printer.
  4. Touch Support Menu.
  5. Scroll down to Enable / Disable Menu
  6.  Select Fax and touch OK to enable Fax

Keep me posted how it goes 😀
