The problem has not been solved. Just to clarify again when I order print from a word file the message "A footer of section 2 is set outside the printable area of the page. Do you want to continue?" comes up. It is not only this when I order print in the print dialog box and page preview section a 15 page number file becomes 16. Can you kindly help me address this problem? I am really having a headache.

Hello I'm sorry I'm late, https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office/troubleshoot/word/print-a-range-of-pages,https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VU1THBPQass video translation we'll see how to start page numbering anywhere in the 0:01 document of the video, first we will change the display of pages 0:08 of the video, Here we have the zoom 0:21 of the video, In this example, we'll start page numbering on page 3. 0:24 of the video, we will follow 3 simple steps 0:31 of the video, 1° we insert a section jump in the immediately previous page in which we will initiate the numeration 0:35 of the video, as in this case we want to start the numbering on page 3. 0:45 of the video, insert the section jump on page 2. 0:51 of the video, first left click at the end of page 2. 0:52 of the video, then we insert a section jump 1:00 of the video, "next page" section jump 1:12 of the video, to visualize it click here 1:15 of the video, Here it is 1:23 of the video, we erase the generated spaces 1:27 of the video, we now have section 1(pages 1 and 2)1:31 of the video, and section 2 (page 3 onwards)1:35 of the video, 2° We will unlink the section we just created (section 2) from the previous one (section 1)1:39 of the video, click on the page where we will start the numbering 1:48 of the video, In this case page 3. 1:52 of the video, then we edit the footer of the page 1:57 of the video, double left click on the lower part of page 3. 1:59 of the video, here we have the cursor 2:05 of the video, We disassociate 2:11 of the video, We repeat in the header 2:16 of the video, we've unlinked the two sections 2:26 of the video, 3° Insert page numbers 2:30 of the video, click on the footer 2:35 of the video, Modify the format of the numbering to start at 1.2:39 of the video, We start at 1.3:01 of the video, if we use the continuous section jump we will put 0 to generate page 1. 3:03 of the video, we now insert the numbering 3:14 of the video, achieved 3:32 of the video.

I wait for your answer, I hope you serve cordial greetings 🙂
