hp 7855 printer error 30

@jfoley46

Thanks for posting. It is a terrific place to find answers and tips!

I understand that you are getting printer error 30 after replacing the router, I will be delighted to assist you here.

However, I will need a few details to provide an accurate solution,

  • Are you able to make a copy on the printer?

Meanwhile, uninstall and reinstall the printer driver.

Perform root level uninstalltion to remove all the printer related software's.

Press the Windows key + R on the keyboard to bring up the run menu.

Type %temp% in the run field, and click OK.

Look for, and open the folder starting with 7z (Example: 7zS2356)

Open folder Util

Open folder CCC

Run the uninstall_ L4.bat

When the uninstall has completed restart the computer

Press the Windows key + R on the keyboard to bring up the run menu.

Type %programfiles% in the run field and click OK.

Delete any HP/Hewlett Packard folders.

Click here to download the full feature driver for the printer:- https://hp.care/2wwxEH7

Then restart the printer and the computer and try to print.

If this helps, please mark this post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others and please give the same public post a Kudos for my efforts to help.
Take care and have a blessed week ahead.

Keep me posted.

Cheers.
