I have had this printer for almost a year and it printed ok. Now it has stopped and all I get is an error message. It will print from the machine, from another computer but not my laptop. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, I have unplugged everything and started again. I have tried options in troubleshooter but nothing helping. There is a solid blue light showing connection to wireless router. Please help as I am at the end of my tether

Hi,
Please do not try to fix your printer, fix the connection bettween your laptop and your printer, please download an run the following tool:
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/HPPSdr.exe
It may fix the problem for you. If not, post back full error message(s).
Regards.
