Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer will not print in colour but with Usb connected it is fine, I have totally uninstalled and reinstalled but get same results, there is no point in saying reinstall the software, this is a software fault that HP need to get fixed.

Update!!

After giving up with reinstalling software from hp site which did not solve the problem, I decided to download software from the original cd, well hello there hp this has solved the problem , I can now print in colour, it just proves your software on your site is faulty, please get it fixed.
