after putting in cartridges, the door does not close

Hi,

Please remove both cartridges from the priner and close the door, can it then close correctly?

 

If yes, please follow these steps to ensure you install the ink cartridges correctly:

I jiggled the door up and down and it finally closed but I will keep that in mind the next time I change a cartridge.  Thank you for your reply.

I had the same problem and thought there must be a latch or something holding it up.  Doesn't appear to be, and after much jiggling and HOURS on this website, the door finlly closed.
