Product: hp envy 5660
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

we have been having this problem for a while. our printer will copy things and print off ink allignments and dignostic pages but will not print a word document or any thing from the internet. we have tried uninstalling the program and re installing it and it still isnt working.

Welcome to the HP Forums. I would be happy to help you with your HP Envy 5660 printer. I understand that it is printing blank pages and you have already done some preliminary troubleshooting. 

  • Allow the printer to rest.
  • Check the paper.
  • Check the print settings.
  • Check for ink smears on the back of printouts.
  • Clean the cartridges.
  • Align the printer.

Click here and refer the document for further troubleshooting steps.
