I changed the password on my network.  I can't find a way to change it on the printer to match.  All I get is "invalid passphrase" but no option to change it.

I'll be happy to help you to get the printer to get connected to the network.

Update the firmware for the printer using this link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-laserjet-pro-mfp-m227-series/9365384/model/9365386/document/...

Restart the printer.

If the issue persists, let's perform Restore the factory-set defaults.

Restoring the factory-set defaults returns all of the printer and network settings to the factory defaults. It will not reset the page count or tray size.

From the Home screen on the printer control panel, swipe until the Setup menu displays. Touch the Setup icon to open the menu.

1. Open the following menus:

● Service

● Restore Defaults

2. Touch or press the OK button.

The printer automatically restarts

Try connecting the printer back to the network.

Still not working.  I still get "invalid passphrase" and no opportunity to correct it.
