M402-M403 - for every page to print we need to open the paper draw and close again.  Driver has been updated

I understand that you need to open and close the paper tray for every print. 

Not to worry, I will be glad to help. 

Kudos to you for trying to troubleshoot the issue on your own by reinstalling the driver. 

May I know how is the printer connected to your computer? (USB or wireless.)

Are you using a Windows or MAC computer?

Do you face the issue while making a copy?

 

Recommend you connect the printer to your computer using a USB cable. 

visit www.hp.com/drivers download the firmware update and install it on the printer.

Please provide more information for further assistance.
