Please ensure your printer has the latest Firmware. You can refer to this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168
Also follow the instructions in Step 2 from this Link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-officejet-3830-all-in-one-printer-series/7172321/model/11503... to clean the paper rollers
