Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer and scan works fine, but neither shows on the start menu.

What is the product number of the printer? Use this link to find it:  https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03754824  (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).

Have you tried to run HP Print and Scan Doctor?

Have you installed a full feature software for the printer?

 

Could you please respond to this post with the details so that I can provide you with accurate steps which should help you resolve this issue.
