one new color cartridge won't print

HP Officejet 6700 Premium e-All-in-One
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I changed out cartridges and one of the colors won't print. I have cleaned the heads twice, aligned the heads.  It is just using up the ink but not showing up on paper.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Are you able to copy in colour? Do you know which colour is it?

 

Print and evaluate a diagnostic page:

  1. Load plain white paper into the input tray.

  2. On the printer control panel, touch the Right Arrow () to display more options.

  3. Touch Setup (). The Setup Menu displays.

  4. Touch the Down Arrow (), and then touch Reports.

  5. Touch Print Quality Report. The test page prints.

Let me know if you see that particular colour on this report.

 

Do you have any other ink cartridge of that colour? If yes, do insert that and check if the colour prints. It could be a new defective cartridge too.
