Print preveiw option for the HP laserjet pro M254dw printer.

I suggest you uninstall the printer driver from root level and download the full feature

1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features 
2.) Select your HP Printer 
3.) Select Uninstall 
4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers 
5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose ‘Delete’ or ‘Remove Device’ 
6.) Open up the run command with the “Windows key + R” key combo.
7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”) 
8.) Click on the “Drivers” tab 
9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom 
10.) Select Ok 
11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows 
12.) Close Devices and Printers
13.) Restart the computer and download the Full Feature Software from Here and follow the onscreen Instructions

Try printing and let me know how it goes 😊

Thanks so much for you reply.  I printed and followed your instructions without any problems.  However, I still do not see an option where I can check the print preview  anywhere in the Printing Preference.  Epson has this option where  you can print preview and eliminate pages before you print.  Disappointed that HP doesn't have this feature.

Print preview is a software function that allows a user to see what a document will look like if/before printed.

Which application are you using to print?

Print preview depends/varies as the application used to print.

When you open a Word document, go to File > print > You will see a print preview like shown below:

Similar steps with PDF documents too. Check what happens when you click on print on each of these applications.
