Product: deskjet 2130
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

Hi , I have issues with installing deskjet 2130 drivers on Windows XP.

The OS system full information is following:  Windows XP professional 2002, x86, Service Pack 3.

 

While intalling drivers error happens with following message : hp-dqex5.exe error

 

I tried drivers from Instalation disk, also tried drivers downloaded from website. And have same error and nothing helps.

 

On the box and in device manual, it is said Windows XP 32 bit is supported OS.

 

I also tried suggestion from relawant posts and these were not helpfull. 

 

1. How can I fix this issue ?

2. What does this error mean?
