HP Envy 4500 e-All-in-One-Seri
macOS 10.12 Sierra

I have an HP Envy 4500 e-All-in-one-series printer/photcopier.  Does anyone else have this product?  This is the worst product I have ever had.  It jams when I am printing and when I am trying to photocopy.  This is a huge incvenience for multiple reasons.  Is anyoen else having this problem?  I only bought it a year ago and it has never worked well.  How do I get support for this printer that has never worked?

Greetings @me37

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.

I understand that you are facing an issue with your printer where the paper jams frequently and you are not happy with the product.

Don't worry, I will be glad to assist you on the procedure to troubleshoot the issue.

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own?

How frequently do you use the printer?

Are you using good condition paper?

Recommend you to refer to this HP Article

Clear any jammed paper.

Clean the rollers behind the carriage access area as suggested in the article.
